Context. The current architecture of a given multi-planetary system is key fingerprint its past formation and dynamical evolution history. Long-term follow-up observations are to complete their picture. Aims. In this paper, we focus on the confirmation characterization components TOI-969 planetary system, where TESS detected Neptune-size planet candidate in very close-in orbit around late K-dwarf star. Methods. We use set precise radial velocity from HARPS, PFS, CORALIE instruments covering more than two years combination with photometric light curve other ground-based confirm characterize system. Results. find that b transiting ( P ~ 1.82 days) mini-Neptune m = 9.1 ?1.0 +1.1 M ? , R 2.765 ?0.097 +0.088 ), placing it lower boundary hot-Neptune desert T eq,b 941 ± 31 K). analysis internal structure shows volatile-rich planet, suggesting underwent an inward migration. model also favors presence second massive body c, long period c 1700 ?280 +290 days, minimum mass sin i 11.3 ?0.9 Jup highly eccentric e 0.628 ?0.036 +0.043 . Conclusions. one few K-dwarfs known have extended configuration going wide-separation gaseous giant. has transmission spectroscopy metric 93 orbits moderately bright G mag) star, making excellent target for atmospheric studies. can provide valuable information about migration systems.
